Eletrobras completes the acquisition of 100% of UHE Baguari , totaling R$875 million in two stages. The hydroelectric plant has a capacity of 140 MW and a physical guarantee of 82 MWm, with concession until March 2046. The transaction adds predictability to the company's cash flow, with contracts regulated for around 90% of its physical guarantee until the end of 2039 Eletrobras now consolidates 100% of the share capital of the Baguari Consortium , with an EBITDA of approximately R$ 126 million in 2022.
