Itaúsa Announces Payment of Interest on Equity of R$500 Million to Shareholders
Itaúsa SA announced that its Board of Directors approved the payment of interest on equity in the amount of R$500 million, equivalent to R$0.0515 per share. This interest will be withheld at source at 15% income tax and paid until December 30, 2024. Legal entity shareholders who are immune or exempt will not be subject to this withholding. The calculation basis will be the shareholding position on October 19, 2023 and will be attributed to the dividend for the year 2023.
